Terms and Conditions

GuidedPIPs provides a tool to help you organise your own notes and view reference-only guidance when preparing a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) application. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

What GuidedPIPs is

  • A note-organising and drafting aid to help you structure your own wording.
  • Reference-only guidance and prompts to help you think about activities and descriptors.
  • Optional AI-assisted tools to help organise or re-phrase text you have written.

What GuidedPIPs is not

  • It is not medical advice, legal advice, or benefits advice.
  • It does not decide entitlement, scoring, outcomes, or award rates.
  • It does not submit anything to the DWP on your behalf.
  • It does not guarantee results or outcomes.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you write, review, and submit. You should check any content before using it in an application and only include information that is true for you.

AI-assisted features

If you use AI-assisted features, the output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. AI output is not professional advice. You remain responsible for your final wording and anything you choose to submit.

Accounts and security

You must keep your login details secure and not share access to your account. You must not attempt to access other users’ data, interfere with the service, or misuse the system.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, used unlawfully, or used in a way that risks the security of the service or other users.

Pricing and Premium access

GuidedPIPs includes free and Premium features. Premium access is available for a one-off payment of £9.99 for 6 weeks of full access.

  • Premium is a one-time payment (not a subscription).
  • There is no auto-renewal.
  • Premium access ends automatically after 6 weeks.

After Premium expires

When Premium access ends, Premium features will lock again. Your existing notes are not deleted, and you can still read your notes and summaries. You may choose to purchase another 6-week period if you want to continue using Premium features.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or remove parts of the service to maintain security, performance, or to improve the product.

Limitation of liability

GuidedPIPs is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on reference-only guidance or AI output. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where needed for security, misuse, or legal reasons.
